Helpdesk Remote Login

You can now access our Helpdesk for remote support. This will allow our Helpdesk technicians to access your computer and troubleshoot your problems remotely.

To access your remote session, enter the PIN number you have received below. In order to use this remote access service, a Helpdesk technician must have opened an incident for you and provided you with your PIN. If you have not yet contact the Helpdesk, please do so.
