9/13/06 - Discussion Forum. pBITS has introduced a new discussion forum. All current customers (Support Agreement or SUA) are invited to join the forum. 8/25/06 - Your customer number is now required for access to the Helpdesk. Please have your 6 digit customer number ready when calling the Helpdesk. Your customer number can be found on your support tag, support invoices, account statements and on any ticket correspondence.
8/25/06 - Toll-free access to the Helpdesk has been restored. The number is listed on your support ticket. There were brief moments of phone service interruption during Wednesday and Thursday while the phone provider was repairing the toll-free number. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
8/15/06 - ComCash Enhanced Reports! pBITS has partnered with ComCash to provide report enhancements. We offer standard reports, vertical specific reports and customizations. Visit the reports site and check them out.
7/25/06 - ComCash POS version 8.1 will soon be released! We will be holding 2 webcast sessions "What's New and Fixed in ComCash 8.1". The sessions will be on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at 10:00am and 3:00pm EST. To register for either webcast, please contact customer service.
7/7/06 - PixelPoint POS version 8.0 has been released. PixelPoint POS end-users should be looking for an update CD package in the mail. If you do not receive your update, please contact customer service. A 'What's New in Version 8' webcast has been scheduled for Thursday, July 13th from 9:00am - 10:00am EST. To attend, please request an invitation from customer service.
6/22/06 - PixelPoint POS version 8.0 has an expected release date of mid July 2006. Customers on an active Gold level or higher support agreement are eligible for the 8.0 upgrade. Our training department will be presenting an online web meeting to go over the new features in version 8. A link will be provided to register for the 'What's New' online meeting.
6/21/06 - We have corrected the problem with our incoming phone lines. People have been having our phone system hang up on them when calling in. We found the problem was poor quality service lines with our provider. We have resolved this by changing back to our original provider. This means we have had to change our number. The new number is 207-778-6153. Please discontinue using the 207-618-1991 number immediately as it will no longer work after June 30th. For those customers on a support agreement, you will be receiving new support tags with the corrected number.
6/20/06 - Web, e-mail and webmail services have been restored. Monday, June 19, 2006: web, e-mail and webmail services were down due to server hardware failure. These services have been restored. If you cannot access your website or e-mail account please contact the Helpdesk.
3/4/06 - We invite ComCash VARs to participate in a demo of Advanced Reporting (release date March 13, 2006). Contact Ryan Bibeau for more information and to signup for a demo. VAR demos are one-on-one and will be held via Microsoft Detecting. Sample reports are available as PDF downloads here.
3/2/06 - Toll-free number has been restored. We have resolved the issues with the toll-free number. Please visit the contact us page for new number. Current support customers will receive Support Tag stickers with their next statement. Please place these stickers in accessible places. The sticker also contains your customer number, which is required to access the Helpdesk.

1/30/06 - pBITS.net new direct number is now active. The toll free number is still having problems that are being resolved by our provider. Contact us has been updated with the new number. Our direct number is now 207-618-1991.
1/26/06 - The Help Desk is now in operation. New help desk hours have been implemented. We are currently experiencing problems with our new toll-free and direct numbers; please continue to call 207-778-6751 and choose option 4 until we resolve the phone number problems with our provider.
1/5/06 - Coming January 24, 2006: The New Support Help Desk. We have made many improvements to our support department. A few of the changes are: the desk will be open longer, a new 800 number will be provided and better call management. We invite you to read more on these changes. (click here...)
1/2/06 - ComCash Polling users: The polling server address has changed. You should have received an email with the updated user/password and IP address. If you did not receive this email, or if you are having problems or questions making the change, please contact the help desk.
12/30/05 - ComCash users note: Your End-of-Year inventory valuation report will be inaccurate. Please make sure you have a manual backup of your database as of close of day December 31st. 11/15/05 - PixelPoint POS 7.1 is available. 7.1 incorporates the latest bug fixes and enhancements. Mercury processing is fully supported (including gift cards) and is CISP compliant. All customers on PixelPoint version 7.1 will receive 1 PocketPOS licence for each LAN standard or professional seat they have on their system. No additional licence codes are required. A full list of features will be included with your update packet..
10/12/05 - ComCash Add-On Modules teaser information is available. Advanced Reporting -take ComCash reports to the next level with enhanced reports and new "options". 9/29/05 - pBITS.net has received a new look. We hope our new site will provide more useful information for you, our end-users. The new site also gives you the ability to access your account via the iNET login. Through iNET you can access your current balance, view/print your past invoices, view previous work orders, make product change requests, gain access to secure support pages, and submit trouble tickets online. Contact customer service for your iNET login information or for more information on this service.
